Worst experience ever. Contacted off of Facebook and requested a specific cart. My team got there to pick up and they gave them the wrong carts. I asked if we can return them and the owners was so rude. He said I had to return by tomorrow and then said he was going to charge me a 20% restocking fee. I will attach pictures. What a terrible business. The owner kept yelling that they were the same cart. I have attached pictures to show they are not at all.
The business has had my payment in hand for over a week for an item that was suppose to be available in " a couple of days." I understand that often times shipping can create unexpected complications, but I have not been able to get paul or any of the other reps to call me back and explain what the hold up is.
Rude customer service I called to ask about some stuff he answered With the a bad attitude.
