Pho Way

been there twice, once i ordered to go and the second time we dined in. Not impressed, unfortunately. Pho was 2.5 out of 5, the chicken on my Partner Bun salad tasted like a cooked sponge. Personnel is very cute and helpful, atmosphere is also very nice, even though it would be appreciated if there would be some kind of "see through" on the storefront windows to avoid the feeling to be on a stage while eating. Being an avid customer of a good Pho spot; I'm sad to confirm that we will not be returning to this establishment

This is my first visit since I’m in Union for 16 years and I’m very disappointed with food flavors here Restroom is dirty and a mess inside so tells about the cleanliness of this place Food Only Taste salt and no flavors Chicken was burned black in a lot areas My food was salt flavored nothing else and 19.00 They state in a sign if you don’t like the flavors or the food you still have to pay That was my understanding so they don’t care for the food quality in my opinion They need cooking lessons I want to give business to local restaurants but this one I will never come back will give 0 starts if was available They also charge 3% fee for credit cards

Ive been coming to this place for the 4th or 5th time. And this time it was absolutely nasty. We revived a vegetable tray for our pho and it seems that the plate was re used another costumer , that’s nasty!!! I’m never coming back here ever again.

Is it under new owners? Or just new chefs? Our last experience was just not up to par. Beef in both noodle soup and spring rolls were dry and stale. Grilled Chicken texture was like frozen chicken meal. Bahn mi was dripping in sauce. We really loved this place since it opened. Don't know what happened!

Pho Way has been my go-to pho spot for a while now, they’re the best!! But for the first time, I decided to try more of the menu, and I was blown out of this world. We got the Thai tea, seafood pho, short rib pho, short ribs with fried rice, and fried chicken. Everything was sooo good. The portions are big, prices are reasonable, and the flavors are on point. Plus, the staff is really friendly and the service is great. I definitely recommend!
