Pho Viet

Flavorful food, engaged and attentive wait staff, caring and passionate cooks, and a clean and calm environment. Pho Viet is a top notch spot. After living in Covington for nearly 2 years, we finally decided to try Pho Viet…. And we are extremely thankful we did. Although we didn’t actually try any Pho, we enjoyed every bite. BBQ Beef Short Ribs over Broken Rice (C4):Tender, not too chewy, well seasoned, and a subtle sauce that doesn’t over-power. We did enjoy the rice after dipping it in the fish sauce/spicy sauce combo; it’s a bit different though. Vietnamese Braised Wings-Original (A6): Probably the best dish we had. The wings were cooked perfectly. Pippin’ hot when they came out, and the slightly sweet/garlic flavor was bang on. Must try Vermicilli- BBQ Shrimp, BBQ Sliced Pork, Egg

The portions are huge for the great price, which is not so common nowadays. We had an amazing server and the manager made sure we had everything we needed! The food is truly phenomenal, broth in pho is very flavorful with plenty noodles and very tender meat. I loved the tofu appetizer, it was very garlicy just how I like and my taro tea is definitely something I'll be getting often. There's nothing we didn't like from what we ordered. We also had leftovers to take home. We definitely will be back! It's a lovely place!

1st time here. Absolutely AMAZING! We enjoyed the Pho; I also ordered spring rolls & the peanut sauce was excellent! Our server Serenity was awesome. I recommend this restaurant 5Xs over.

Portions are HUGE, plenty of toppings too, place is really clean and a lot of space, staff is super friendly! We love the grilled pork spring rolls AND (not pictured) the Vietnamese Iced Coffee is a MUST have, delicious, strong and super sweet.

I can't believe I waited this long to come here but the veggie pho was great and the A3 appetizer was delicious! I also got a Thai Tea that isn't pictured. I would recommend going. Friendly service, food came out quickly and everything was hot & good.
