Pho Van Restaurant

This is one of my favourite restaurants in Easton. The pho is always so amazing whether it is winter or summer, but it definitely is really good on a cold winter day! I highly recommend eating here. The service is always phenomenal!

I had the beef phô and springroll and they were both very good. Service was excellent, friendly and attentive staff. I loved the quirky old tape machine decorations inside. I would definitely come here again!

This was my first time having pho and, wow, this is AMAZING and so flavorful! The bubble tea was also the best I’ve had! Everything was 10/10. I can’t wait to come back and try more!

I came across this restaurant by accident. I was looking for boba in the area and they popped up as really the only place to sell it. When I looked at the menu online I knew I had to try it and boy .. they did not disappoint. This is two days worth of food just a little disclaimer 😆 The first day I got a vegetable tofu pho and the person I went with got a tofu and vegetable stir fry in a sweet and spicy sauce. Both had such good flavor and perfect portions. Some veggie pho broths can be very bland but theirs had a great flavor profile and was not salty at all. The sweet and spicy sauce for the stir fry was a perfect balance between the two that really had you wanting more.
