Customer Reviews
This was my first time trying this restaurant, and as a pho lover, I have to say the pho was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. However, I ordered pho number 19, which has a variety of meats, but they only gave me brisket and two small pieces of meatballs. I didn't receive tendon or beef fillet. Everything else was fine. I will definitely return and recommend this place.
Standard Vietnamese. I'd recommend their Bahn Mi as a good value purchase if taking co-workers out to lunch. Drinks are lackluster and I tried more than one hoping I'd find a winner but did not. Wish I could give a better score. Pho just a few dollars overpriced to have me recommend it.
The food was excellent...flavor, portion and options! Its rare to find complete vegetable fried spring rolls with no meat for my friend and this place had it. My favorite summer rolls with the grilled pork was available as well. The bun noodles, pho and fried rice was phenomenal. I would always come back and recommend this restaurant to my fellow coworkers and family! Our American Airlines training center is only 6mi from this restaurant too!
Out of the seven pho places I have been to in the last three years, this is the number one in the list. The menu said the broth is stewed for 15 hours and I believe it truly was. It indeed tasted like the broth was prepared for a long time to bring out all the flavors of the tender meats. I got the number 19 from the menu and I would get it multiple times if I lived here in Charlotte. Also worthy of mention was the rice noodles with a blended texture of soft and firm which I prefer. I highly recommend coming here whether by yourself or with a group and enjoy a bowl of authenticity and deliciousness.
Great family run pho spot. Attentive service, no frills environment with really delicious broth and a generous enough bowl of soup to make 2 meals out of it but so yummy you won't want to!
