Pho Today

We tried Cơm Gà Houston today and overall had a good experience. The food was great and flavorful. My favorite dish was the crispy chicken feet with salt and chili — super tasty and addictive. My second favorite was the Vietnamese fried chicken served with fried rice, which was very satisfying. We also ordered the cabbage and banana flower salad. It was okay, not bad, but nothing that really stood out. My least favorite dish was their most famous item, the special chicken on rice. Honestly, I didn’t find anything special about it. It was just boiled chicken served with rice and cabbage, plus a few slices of carrot, and it lacked flavor compared to the other dishes. Customer service was okay. The desserts are just as impressive, Che Ba Mau and make the perfect ending to the meal. Sweet, well-balanced, and beautifully presented, they’re definitely worth saving room for. Tasty pho, good prices, servers very attentive. I came for the short rib pho and it did NOT disappoint. I'll be back to try more things
