Pho Tan Vinh

The pho is okay, nothing special. The service was not good—an older man was rude and did not speak politely to me as a customer. They charged extra for a bag and to-go box without informing me beforehand. Also, the prices charged were different from what was listed on the menu. Overall, not a great experience.

The atmosphere was very nice and the food was delicious. The service was great. We enjoyed our meals. The restaurant was very clean when we visited. I would definitely eat there again.

Pho & green tea was excellent... perfect for a winter evening. The broth was spectacular! I'll def be back.

This is my favorite restaurant to visit when I'm in the DC area! Not only is the food amazing, but the service is next level. You can tell by how authentic the food is that it's a run by people with great care and appreciation for Vietnamese food. There's something special about a family run restaurant, and this one is as good as it gets. I would recommend the Pho (duh!) and also the chicken wings which are sticky, sweet, and crispy!
