Pho Superman To Go

I was walking to get some books at the DAV thrift store and the sign caught my eye, after having done two tours in the Pacific and Southeast Asia a nice bowl of Ramen sounded wonderful. I tried the brisket and it was so wonderful I never took time for a picture LOL. Is spring rolls were lightly in their mouth feel, but with crunch then giving way to a bright vibrant Taste of the contents within.🤠

My daughter and I are Pho lovers . Finally made it over to try Pho Superman To Go and we weren’t disappointed! We both got the beef brisket pho with added bok choy and mushrooms and split an order of the egg rolls . Everything was delicious ! I love how they package the pho , was a generous portion size of the pho , and the broth base and special sauce was superb … The only thing I’d like to see a bit different is bigger size of egg roll sauce . The location was a bit tucked away but truly a hidden gem and we will be back !

I had the absolute best pho experience here, and I can confidently say it’s one of the most memorable bowls I’ve ever had! The broth was incredible – rich, deeply flavorful, and perfectly balanced between savory and aromatic. You can tell it’s been simmered with care for hours, because every spoonful carried layers of comforting, complex flavors that warm you from the inside out. The beef was melt-in-your-mouth tender, cooked to perfection, while the noodles were fresh, silky, and had just the right texture. What really elevated the dish were the herbs and garnishes – crisp, vibrant, and so fragrant – they added that refreshing brightness that makes pho such a special comfort food. The portion was generous, the presentation inviting, and the whole experience felt like a hug in a bowl. I

We ordered the meatball banh mi, Vietnamese egg rolls, Roasted chicken Pho, Pho Superman House Special and iced Vietnamese coffees, and everything was AMAZING! Anything ordered is always extremely fresh and flavorful, and the employees are extremely friendly and helpful! I'm hoping they open a sit-down restaurant some time! (I'd be a regular!) You've gotta try this place!!!

I've had pho from several different places and this ranks as one of my favorites for sure! Delicious flavor and BIG servings- I had leftovers that were delicious even the second day rewarmed (maybe even better!) I got the veggies with beef broth. 10/10 recommend. Also tried the coffee and it was perfect on these cold days-very sweet which I like!
