Fantastic pho. No questions asked from the delectable amazing broth that is as clean as a whistle and not oversaturated with sodium to the noodles that are tender yet firm the texture unmatched. The the crab wontons had cream cheese that was delectable decorated with onions, green onions and other things. It wasn't greasy at all the outside texture. The crunchiness was perfect. So much in fact it was utterly delicious. Everything about this place is fantastic and I questioned it at first thinking that's next to a mall so it's probably just there trying to grab those people that are close. It's going to be tacky but it was the complete opposite. The service was amazing, the water was actually delicious. I have absolutely no complaints about this place other than it fills up fast and every t
The food was genuinely tasty and portions were big. The pho was exactly how it should be — rich, clean broth, tender beef, fresh rice noodles, and a generous plate of herbs, bean sprouts, jalapeños, and lime on the side. You can see from the bowl that nothing is skimpy here. Grilled mussels were awesome and easily one of the highlights — well seasoned and cooked right. We also tried the seaweed salad, which was fresh, crunchy, and nicely balanced, a good start before the soup. Overall the food quality is strong and consistent. Service can be a bit slow at times, but it clearly feels like a family-owned place where everyone is working hard and doing their best. No attitude, no rush — just honest food. Definitely a spot I would come back to for pho and grilled dishes.
Hands down the best place we’ve been for this type of food. Just look at the bowl — you can literally see how rich and vibrant everything is. Bún bò Huế is like pho’s bolder, more complex cousin — deeper, richer, and way more layered in flavor. This was our first time trying it and it absolutely lived up to the hype. We drove here specifically because we’d heard how authentic it was, and it did not disappoint. The broth had so much depth, savory and umami-forward, without being heavy, and the spice level was perfect. We also ordered the Vietnamese egg rolls and they were hands-down the best I’ve had — perfectly crunchy on the outside, hot and savory inside. Topped it all off with Vietnamese coffee over ice, which was the perfect ending to the meal. The interior is super clean and inviti
Phenomenal. This is my second time here, and it’s been packed with people both times (on a weeknight). Their pho broth is so flavorful, the meat is fresh, service is so friendly and quick, just the best experience. It’s not a surprise why it’s so busy. Interior is pretty basic/nothing crazy decorative, but always very clean!
Honestly such a chill little spot. I haven’t even tried the pho yet (which everyone raves about), but their egg banh mi already has me obsessed — the bread is super light and crispy, and the flavor combo just hits. I also tried one of their boba smoothies and it was so good — flavorful, refreshing, sweet but not too sweet, and ice cold (the way it should be). The vibes here are modern, comfortable booths, lots of natural light with the big windows, the staff is super friendly, and the food feels fresh without being heavy. Definitely one of those places that surprises you in the best way. Can’t wait to come back. I’ve been twice this week!!! Bonus- easy parking, vegan options, lgbtq+ friendly restrooms Negatives- it has large TVs which I personally don’t like but I know others do … also
