Pho Society

After ordering through DoorDash I asked in the notes section for no white or green onions. And a thank you I also ordered a side of steak. The order arrives and I open up to find green and white onions. They also failed to add the bean sprouts and lime wedge. Sort of completes the pho. This is the 4th time this onion issue has happened. It’s really just lack of detail on their end. So I call to ask about this and I was told it’s basically not Their falt and couldn’t give a refund which I did ask for. So they threw some other kid under the bus and didn’t offer a thing or apologize for this. I am sure if they have this much lack of detail with a simple order, then you wonder what else they don’t do that they should. We went here yesterday for lunch. The service was fast and friendly. I ordered the Special Noodle Soup #30 and Spicy Beef Noodle Soup, and my husband ordered the Grilled Meat, Grilled Shrimp, and Egg Rolls Over Rice. The serving sizes were huge! My soup had a generous amount of meat and noodles. The grilled meat was fantastic—it reminded me of my mom’s grilled pork. The spring rolls that came with it were crunchy and tasty. We will definitely come back to try the other spring rolls and banh mi.

I received excellent service from Pho N Roll. The #49 Pork Meatballs, Crispy Stuffed Bean Curd, and Egg Roll Vermicelli I ordered were so yummy. I also tried the Bun Bo Hue (Spicy Beef Noodle Soup). It was delicious as well. The food is so good. I wish I had tried their drinks, but I didn't. I will definitely try it next time. Pho N Roll is on the side of the shopping center. Parking in front of the restaurant is a bit hard to find. I recommend parking your car in the major section of the parking lot in front of 99 Ranch Market. It is only a short walk to the restaurant.

A very nice place with delicious food. Stopped by with a friend for lunch — we really enjoyed it and left satisfied.

I was super excited to try out this new Vietnamese restaurant. Especially since Folsom doesn't have a lot of ethnic Asian diversity in its food scene. But my first experience was not great. The customer service was disjointed and unresponsive. Giving off unwelcoming vibes. I ordered for food at the register. I sat at the counter, about six feet directly to the right from the register , to wait. I waited. As I waited, I saw folks come in to pick up their food at the register. They were handed their orders. I noticed the server (that rang up my order) put a bag next to the register. After a while, I asked the other server if my order was still being worked on. He asked if that bag was it. I asked if it's practice that I ( the customer) should touch the bags and check the tags and just walk
