Pho Sho

I work in Waller and was really excited to learn that a Vietnamese food truck was coming to the area (Fork & Flame Food Truck Park). As soon as they started serving, I couldn't wait to try a little bit of everything on the menu. I ordered shrimp spring rolls, pork banh mi, crab ragoon, and Dragon Fruit Tea, and every bite was fantastic! My personal favorite is the grilled pork vermicelli bowl — the pork is so tender and packed with flavor, and the veggies are super fresh! I definitely recommend giving this spot a try.

I stopped by today after work and got the chicken fried rice and crab Rangoon egg rolls! Both were amazing! They were able to make the rice spicy for me and it’s perfect. Fresh ingredients and it doesn’t taste greasy. I also got a dragon fruit tea and its taste was smooth, not over sweet. Can’t wait to come back and try the pork meat ball sub!❤️‍🔥💛

Wow! This place is great! Great, friendly service and really tasty food. Got the steak and eggs bahn mi, and the crab rangoon egg rolls, and they were so good. Can’t wait to come back and try more!

I ordered a ton of food to try everything, cream cheese rangoons, egg rolls, bahn mi sandwiches, vermicelli noodles, spring rolls, this was amazing!! Please try this place, you will not regret it! I absolutely love that we are growing in food options here in Waller! I was tired of the same thing all the time!! 10/10!

I’ve had the pork vermicelli plate and the shrimp spring rolls with the peanut sauce I don’t know how many times now. Every single time, it is delicious! Fresh, quick, cheap! I’m so glad they are here in Waller! They have plenty of options for everyone. The staff is incredible as well!
