Pho Shack Noodles & Grill

1/15/26 I came in with my husband happy to discover a local pho spot. Everything was good until I got to the end of my Shrimp Pho and discovered a dead COCKROACH in my pho!! This is the most disgusting thing that has ever happened to me while eating. I was so disappointed especially since everything had been good. I made the staff aware and they removed the pho from the bill. I didn't want to make a big ordeal but I feel it's only fair for people to be aware.

We have been dining here for some time. We never had a problem. Food has always been great. Service is great. But this time we noticed that the water picthers has a film of grime inside. We Informed waitres, hopefully other things aint dirty and they adress this problem.

Solid Pho place and the prices are good. We always get the Pho brisket and the Pork Spring rolls. The peanut sauce that comes with the spring roll is delicious, a good sweet/salty combo. The staff have always been nice and helpful, a good experience each visit.

The certified vegan pho was tasty and fresh. I wish they had other options but I do appreciate this one. Service was good and they checked on us often even though the restaurant was very crowded. This seems to be a very popular place. Not much for atmosphere but good food and service.

To start of, the prices are amazing, very affordable, ontop of that they have very good service, example they will give you water without even asking, very friendly employees. The best part for me is the food, real and authentic, in my opinion it’s the best pho I’ve ever had and for such a good price, 💯 would recommend to others.
