Another delish Vietnamese place to go to. We were here like 2 years ago and was not happy with the food, but we went back tonight and everything was surprisingly wonderful. We figured later that they changed the kitchen team. Our Phở broth was flavor food (I went for special cuz I love stripe in my Pho). The portion for Rice and Grilled Pork Plate was great. The seasoning of the pork is delicious and the side dishes are crunchy and tasty. The server is so kind and considerate as he asked if we wanted the side broth for the rice dish. The price is reasonable for the portion. Highly recommend!
I’ve been to several pho spots here in Indy—hands down this is the BEST spot to go to! I love their pho , it’s amazing and the flavor is amazing. The workers are always very pleasant and I always get sat right away. I usually dine solo; Worth it every time!
Yesterday my wife and I went to the restaurant and ordered one bowl of pho and one bowl of duck glass noodle soup (#54). Everything was fine until my wife wanted to buy two more duck glass noodle soups to take home. We asked the cook to add extra broth because many times before when we ordered takeout, there wasn’t enough soup compared to what we were served when dining in. When we got home, I was really surprised because what we received were two bowls of chicken glass noodle soup (#53), which is a cheaper item, and they came with very little broth even though I had specifically asked for extra. I think this restaurant gives the least amount of broth for takeout orders in Indiana. I would not recommend ordering takeout.
Service was quick and food served hot. The best flavor came from the chili crisp. The pho broth was OK. The way the won ton was wrapped like a purse affected the texture and taste of the won ton. The thickness of the won ton wrap gave a doughy thick pasty taste.
We had beef pho #33 with extra beef and crab Rangoon . Wow, pho was delicious and so were the Rangoon’s. Definitely will be back for more <3
