Pho Saigon

The best Pho in town.We thoroughly enjoyed our order, which included two bowls of pho, wonton soup, fried rice, and pork chops. Each dish was exceptionally delicious. Highly recommend!!!!!

What a wonderful little restaurant. It was almost full when we arrived (party of 5) but the young lady told us a table would be ready soon. Meanwhile she asked us to pick out appetizers and she’d have them ready for us when we sat down. And so it was!!! The food was delicious. Everything is fresh and made to order. The sauces are unique and made by the chef. Nothing bottled. (I asked). Every part of my combo (see below) was seasoned and grilled to perfection. Make sure to use the sauces on the tables. They add extra umami and spice. Oh! I almost forgot the fried ice cream! I would’ve gotten a picture but my grandson scarfed it down! Delicious.

We were in the neighbourhood and saw this restaurant and decided to try it. It was Saturday afternoon and there was a short wait for lunch. The restaurant is homestyle and we got a larger table near the window which was comfortable for 2 people. The menu is placed on every table and remains there throughout which is good as you don’t need to ask for it all the time. They start the meal with water or hot tea, they refill the tea when it runs out, on a cold day it’s comforting to have hot tea with your meal. The menu is clear to understand with pictures and descriptions. We ordered the summer rolls as appetisers and the vermicelli bowl and pad Thai as mains. All the dishes were wonderful. On such a freezing day nothing was gonna hit the spot like some authentic Pho. I wish I took some pictures of the wings cause they were so crunchy and delicious. Squirt some lime on the wings, trust me it brings the flavors out. Will be back again!

No joke best Pho I’ve tasted. Beef combo Pho or Spicy Lemongrass Soup is really good! Can’t say enough about it but you have to try it. Been coming for one year now and same great food. Took a photo that doesn’t do this place justice, but it is 10/10.
