Pho Que Huong

My wife, toddler and I had lunch here and it was a great experience. No wait, immaculately clean table with all sorts of sauces, condiments and tools available to you. We probably ordered too many items but there were several things we wanted to try. My wife and I each got a large bowl of Pho with brisket and steak. The soup was sweet, savory and citrusy with a small mountain of extra toppings like mint and jalapeno to add at your leisure. The meats were tender and not overdone and were plentiful. The serving size was very large. My wife and I could probably have split one and a banh mi (which was huge and flavorful if just a bit too heavy on bread). Very good, very tasty. Server was very attentive. (You have to grab your take-away boxes yourself. Your bill is waiting for you at the cash register.) All of our food was excellent. The quality of our chicken wings was excellent. Fried crispy and dressed in a delicious sweet sauce and veges. Shrimp app, great, eggrolls GREAT, spring rolls awesome. The peanut sauce, i heard, was ok, but not as good as others. I do not eat peanuts and it is no problem to get food "no peanut", just say "no peanut." (Im also "no gluten" " no msg", lol, but i did not say that). Carefully read the menu, and order accordingly. I have a lot of food issues, but i had no problems here. This is one of the better Vietnamese restaurants in the Richmond area. Its in the cut in Virginia Commons and just happened to drive by and said I'm gonna give it a try. I was pleased that I did. This is my go to spot now. The food is fresh and very tasty...excellent flavor with the broken rice dishes and the pho. I've go there every couple of weeks now and have loved mostly everything.

Glad to have stumbled across this place. The beef fried noodles and spring rolls were awesome. Service was so fast, I was shocked at how quickly I was able to be seated, order, eat, and take care of the check. Definitely worth revising!

Best service and pho ever. EVER. We eat here all the time and are never disappointed in the food or service. The service is quick just like the delivery of the food. Truly impeccable.
