This place is spacious and clean. It's nice that they put all the napkins and chopsticks at the table, so we don't need to ask for more napkins every time we need more. Everything is well organized on the table. Ordered the Custom Pho with brisket, tendon, tripe and beef ball. The soup is delicious and tasty. Noodles are cooked right and there's a good amount of meat in the bowl. Service is decent. They have a robot bringing drinks and certain items to your table. Ladies room is clean and they have good toilet paper, not the super-thin 1-ply TP. Only down side is their drinks are very expensive for almost $8 and toppings are extra. Was going to order the drink but decided not to after seeing how pricey it is. I'd rather go to a specialized tea store if I were to pay $8 for a pea

I went to Pho Now recently and had a good experience. I ordered the basic pho, large size, and it was solid—comforting and flavorful. I also tried the grilled short rib rice plate, which was delicious. The restaurant itself is spacious with bright lighting and high ceilings, which made it feel open and welcoming. One of the fun surprises was the robot that came around to serve water and bean sprouts for the pho — it gave the place a cool, modern vibe. There are big TVs on both sides of the dining area that show videos of food being prepared in different places, including right there in the restaurant, which was fun to watch as we ate. Service was friendly and smooth. You order at the table and then pay at the counter. They even give out lollipops when you check out, which I thought was a

Tried Pho Now for the first time and was really impressed. I ordered the pho tái with filet mignon, and the beef was clearly high quality—exceptionally tender and fresh. Most importantly, the broth passed my personal litmus test: it was perfectly balanced and flavorful on its own, without needing any added sauces. I did finish it with bean sprouts, fresh basil, and a little Sriracha, but the broth absolutely stands on its own. Bonus points for offering broth-only purchases and vegetarian options, so everyone can enjoy a comforting bowl. I’ll definitely be back.

The unforgettable aroma of pho broth hit me before I even stepped inside. I was served right away, making this one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. It didn’t take long for the appetizer (Gỏi Cuốn) to arrive. Not only was it delicious and freshly made, but the sauce really hit the spot—I’ve been craving that specific flavor for ages. I could tell the sauce was prepared with care, as all the ingredients blended perfectly. The spring rolls were so good that I actually had to stop myself from finishing them all just to save room for the pho. My first impression of the pho was the broth: clear, packed with flavor, and not greasy at all. For those who prefer a richer taste, there is an option to order fatty broth on the side. The meat was well-cooked and tender, but the stando

First time visit with the wife. Got ourselves the Bun Tom,Thit Nuong, Cha Gio and Pho tai, nam, gan, & bo vien with a side order of the ribs. Bun tom thit nuong: meat was marinated very well and the nuoc mam was made tastefully which complimented the vermicelli. The cha gio (eggroll) is fried perfectly (not dry). I would suggest this dish to anyone if its your first go around. Pho: Each restaurant/chef have their own way of making the broth and it varies based on the spices and technic used. Pho was nicely blended with herbs and spices but nothing special that stands out. Don't get me wrong. The pho was good but nothing special. Also, if your an avid pho eater, it is mandatory to get hanh giam hanh beo (chicken fat & sliced onion in vinegar). To be fair, I'm TREMENDOUSLY picky when it
