Came here to try the Oxtail Pho, the broth is so so nice and portions are huuuge. Server was awesome and also informed that once ordering the pho, extra noodles is free and extra 1/2 bowl of broth $2.50. Presentation is top and this is now on my list for regular dining. Appreciate that they also have a Vegan menu with soy chicken or soy beef. I ordered the vegan crispy eggrolls as well which had veggies and vegan soy chicken. De-LICIOUS PERFECTION. These were crispy and freshly made not soggy sitting there a while like other places. This place is a must try.
First time at Pho N Mor. First off the interior is modern with ample seating and space. The music was 90s pop and R&B. The menu contains pho, rice dishes and vermicelli. We opted for the 9.95 M-Th special for chicken dishes (from 4 to 7 pm). Ordered the chicken pho as well as a Hainan chicken rice. The portions of chicken and servicing sizes of rice and noodles were large. For the flavors, the rice was odd as far as textures and the pho noodles seemed to be different that typically pho place. The sauce used on the chicken was a sweet ginger mix that was also different than the typical ginger oil sauce. I think the place caters well to Americanized Vietnamese food when it comes to flavor profile versus the stronger flavors with traditional pho places. Parking was easy in the shared
I never thought I’d find good pho around here — I was honestly hesitant to try since, you know, it’s pho! I usually have to drive all the way to Orange County for a decent bowl. But this spot totally blew my mind. I got takeout Pho Tái Nạm (rare beef + brisket) for $14.50, and the portion was huge! You can literally split it into two bowls — and that’s coming from someone who eats a lot 😅. The broth had no strong MSG taste, not too sweet, just super flavorful and fragrant. It was so good I ordered takeout again the very next day! I even got 15% off during happy hour — a bit less meat that time, but still totally worth it. Definitely my new go-to pho spot now! 🍜
Have you ever feel like eating a good noodle on a mid Summer’s day? Without further ado let’s begin. Pho N Mor Annex is a popular new Vietnamese Pho joint located on Valley blvd in the city of Alhambra. They have one other location in Commonwealth avenue. This Pho store serve a breadth of food items such as Vermicelli, Broken rice, Appetizers, Vegan and Specialty. Interior layout was spacious and naturally well lit. And culturally decorated. I ordered a Vermicelli BBQ chicken noodle x egg and lychee green tea. Food was great, as well as the green tea. Prices were very fair. Staff were quite friendly and professional. Plenty of parking since they’re located in a large shopping plaza. Overall, I enjoyed my dine-in experience and recommend you visit.
Taking over the space of the former Happy Harbor restaurant, Pho n Mor introduces a fresh and clean atmosphere to the Alhambra dining scene. The menu, though brief, encompasses a delightful selection of Vietnamese favorites. During a midweek lunch visit, the restaurant was pleasantly uncrowded, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. The beef pho, featuring tendon, was served in a large bowl, rich with flavorful soup, though the portion of noodles and meat was modest. On the other hand, the broken rice dish with grilled pork and shrimp paste skin was exceptional. The grilled pork stood out as one of the best, and the shrimp paste skin added a fresh and savory touch to the meal. Service at Pho n Mor was exemplary, with our waitress providing friendly and attentive care throughout our vi
