This place had 4 stars and good reviews so had to try and I was very disappointed. As soon as you walk in the man up front just gestures to sit wherever no words (which is fine) at least he was consistent and did that to everyone that walked in. So not very welcoming. The only sign of energy was when delivering the check. Atmosphere was pretty bad, it had a stale order in the air, the floors look like they haven’t been swept in awhile, stains on the walls from sauces I guess, I don’t know how that happens. The sauce bottles and containers had players of crust on it and tables half assed clean with what appears to be plain water. I don’t know how this place has a A on the window. If this is how they keep the dining room then I hate to see the kitchen. Eggrolls were massive and mooshy and

When we arrived, the parking situation was a bit odd since you have to park along the sides. The decorations were pretty cool, and the restaurant was somewhat empty when we came in the morning. The service was amazing, the waiter was spectacular. The food came out very fast, which I really appreciated, and the presentation was nice. However, I’ve tried many Vietnamese dishes, and unfortunately, the pho here did not taste like authentic pho. It didn’t seem like it was made by Vietnamese people, and the flavor just wasn’t there for me. The portion size was okay, and while the food looked pretty, the taste of the pho was disappointing. If you’re looking for a place to study, grab fast food, or eat quickly for business, this could work. However, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant for a date o

I visited because I wanted Thai food but ended up ordering pho. 😆 The noodles were good. Beef brisket was very tender and flavorful. The broth was a bit on the salty side, so I didn’t drink it, as I usually would with soup. However, it flavored the food nicely, and I enjoyed that. I also like that the soup was not lukewarm. There were 3 choices of spicy condiments, including two that complemented the pho well. The condiment containers could use a good wipe down. Food and service was solid, so I would come again.

Our favorite Vietnamese place. No place beats the authenticity, flavor, and consistency of pho as well as Pho Long does. Their pho is every bit flavorful and steaming hot. The perfect amount of shrimp, green onions, and a bowl full of nutrition. It has been our favorite go to place when looking for comfort food. We recently had their chicken spring roll and it was every bit flavorful as their phos have been. They've changed their location and the new place is very neatly done up. They've got more tables, the place is more spaced out, better lighting, and the service is by the same staff ever since we first walked in. Would recommend this place 10 on 10 if and when you're looking for food that is luxurious yet comforting.

Some of the worst pho I've ever had. The most basic thing about pho is that the broth is steaming hot so it cooks the raw beef. The beef in my pho was still pink after 5 minutes, the pho broth was basically lukewarm. Noodles were undercooked and tough. Tasted way too salty and the broth was cloudy. Only ate a couple of bites and called it quits. Also the service was awful, didn't even get utensils with my meal and server was nowhere to be found. Never coming back.
