Pho Hot

I’ve been eating at this pho restaurant for over 20 years. Great food, great service. Food is really tasty and keeps you warm.

We waited near the front for a few minutes before the host (an Hispanic male) yelled from across the room “How many people? Two?” He lacked customer service and seemed as if he didn’t want to be there. After my husband and I placed our orders, I noticed mice running from under a table across from us and back to the display area near the wall. The server also brought food out to a group of people that arrived 15 minutes after us. We only took a few bites out of the spring rolls and decided to leave after seeing the mice. We told the server and host that we were waiting on our food but he served the other customers first and told them they had mice running around. The host told us we had to pay for the spring rolls that we took a few bites out of and my husband said he had absolutely no prob

Man spent 37$ and got just this….. Would’ve liked some more meat… Ordered number 1 pho.

Summer roll and crispy spring roll are just okay... pretty much lacked flavor. The summer roll has a lot of rice noodle in it but the thin piece of pork and the shrimp has absolutely zero flavor and there is hardly any of it in there in relation to the amount of noodles. The grilled pork with rice was just okay again not as flavorful. The five-star rating is for the pho in this restaurant. We have tried a few other menu items but they are just okay. This restaurant in my opinion has the best pho in Nova. Specifically the short rib pho. The short rib pho was delicious and pretty good because it was the only pho restaurant that we have been to that actually has short rib like this. Short rib Pho is phenomenal, it is a must have! I am pleasantly surprised with the service, was greeted right away and they were quick with food preparation. Will be coming back!
