Pho Golden Cow 2 - Springfield

What a gem! This place is right by my gym & for a pho lover like me, I HAD to try, lol. I was immediately greeted upon entering & asked if I needed assistance. The lady at the counter was super sweet & helpful in guiding me and she also explained that they have a rewards program & she signed me right up. I ordered a veggie pho with vegetable broth, a chicken pho, & an order of summer rolls; all to-go! The summer rolls were probably one of the best I’ve ever had, so fresh, and the peanut sauce was delish with the perfect amount of kick! I was in the mood for some veggie pho & it was delightful. Walked in and asked for Togo, got told to use the menu on the table behind me, no eye contact made. Had menus with old pricing on tables, after I paid they told me a different price. Confronted cashier about pricing issue and she said sorry and left the old menus on the table and pointed to menu on another table with different pricing. Will not be coming back. This is not how you make your money in this business. You got me this time but never again.

Stopped here after searching for the best Vietnamese restaurants in Springfield while driving down 95. Overall the food was ok we all had pho and we added the spring rolls and egg rolls. The food came out really fast and hot. The pho was pretty decent although the noodles were a lot softer than I've had at other places and I do eat it A LOT. The broth was pretty good as well but just not quite what I'm used to but in no way was it bad. The egg rolls were good but for some reason they were like cut open but the taste was good. Service was ok but we never got any drink refills even though it was like they watched us the entire time. Between that and the kid running around it was an ok experience. Would I come back? Wouldn't be my first choice but if I was close by I would drop in for a quic

Found on Reddit as whole in the wall recommendation. Turned out to be one of the best pho broths I’ve ever had. Recommend their stone pot pho!

The pho in the hot stone bowl is delicious. The beef rib is tender but not too soft. The broth tastes perfect, and the sate flavor goes really well with the pho. The drinks are rich and tasty. They also recommended the chè dưỡng nhan and the brown sugar milk tea, I’ll definitely try them next time! Definitely 5 stars!
