Customer Reviews
Great addition to Divis! This spot is owned by the same people who run the banh mi place across the street and the massage place close by. Turns out their pho is pretty solid as well. Really casual spot perfect for a lunch or a quick dinner. I got a large pho ga and thought I would have leftovers but surprised myself and finished the whole thing. The broth was very flavorful and hit the spot on a chilly rainy day. I didn’t even have to add hoisin or sriracha. I thought noodles were a bit too thin for my taste, but still very enjoyable. Also, the service is incredibly quick! We paid and then turned around and the bowl was piping hot and ready
I ordered the beef ribs pho and crispy shrimp rolls. I was overwhelmed by the pho. The soup is on the light side. There are available condiments on the table. The noodles somehow is also less for a large bowl compared to other pho restaurant I tried in the city. The beef ribs were so tender and tasty and easy to eat. The crispy shrimp rolls is one of the bests I tried. This is really good!!! The service is very fast. The place is very clean and chill. The restaurant is near to Alamo Square Park. I highly recommend this place. :)
Got our food within maybe 2 minutes of ordering. We got the Chicken Pho and Short rib pho. Both were fantastic and probably the best broth I ever had! Highly recommend!
Once you walk in, the scent will make you salivate. I’m usually much more of a Bún person than a pho person, but the beef special pho here is honestly delicious. The soup has great depth, floral, balanced sweetness, and the rib itself was tender! The thinly sliced beef was very dry sadly, but I’m keeping the 5 star rating cuz you can just toss that slice and enjoy the rest of the bowl. A great alternative if the line at Katsuo Kombu next door is too long
Incredible pho spot. The short rib pho was delicious with a rich, long simmered broth. Don’t sleep on the grilled quail and egg rolls either, great start to the meal. We will be back!
