Pho Dena

Tried Pho Diner in Pasadena, MD and everything was fantastic. The mango shrimp salad was fresh and bursting with flavor, and the fish sauce chicken wings were absolutely addictive. The bún bò Huế had a bold, rich broth with great spice, and the pho was comforting and perfectly done. Even the spring rolls were super fresh. Everything hit. Definitely coming back.

First time here recently for lunch—inside decor is beautiful and bougie looking, not what I was expecting for a pho place! There’s even a full bar! Started off with Gỏi Cuốn (fresh spring rolls) which were okay and oddly did not have any pork, just shrimp. My friend and I both got the Bún Riêu Cua Dồng (tomato based vermicelli noodle soup with crab meat)—the broth lacked flavor, we had add extra seasoning/sauce to make it more flavorful, and also, there was not a lot of crabmeat (riêu) itself but lots of additional toppings that I did not think was necessary. The Bùn Thịt Nướng Chả Giò (vermicelli with grilled pork and crispy spring roll) was pretty good! Got the Phở Dena Special (beef noodle soup) to go and ate it the next day—broth was well flavored and decent amounts of beef/noodle

🌟🍜 Pho Dena in Pasadena, MD is such a great new spot! The place is super clean, modern, and welcoming 😍✨ The food is fresh and delicious — the pho broth is flavorful and the portions are generous 😋🥢 Staff are friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better 🙌💯 However, its kinda pricey compare to another Vietnamese restaurant in DMV. But Definitely coming back soon! ❤️🍽️

Craving PHO on Christmas Eve. And Pho Dena was the only one that was open in the area. Decided to give it a try and it was beyond my expectation! The mango salad was fresh and beautifully presented! Pho tasted so great and warming! I will come back!

I wasn't a fan of the food. It was lacking flavors and spices in the chicken. The pho was alright but I've definitely had way better at other places. The broth didn't have any depth or flavors it was pretty watery. I can't speak for dishes I didn't have, maybe those are the dishes that have this place so highly rated but my experience didn't match the reviews.
