Customer Reviews
It was a pleasant experience, the atmosphere was nice and welcoming. The host / waiter were super friendly, super nice which made my experience even better. Thank you Nancy The restaurant was tidy and clean 9/10. Talking about the food: I ordered, ● Fresh shrimp summerroll: it was fresh and done the right way, and the peanut sauce was good. ● Chiken spring roll: was crispy and not greasyat all, I did not like the souce that comeswith it (you need to make a new soice please). ● Dumpling: I had netter, can be much better. ● Pho beef combination: was just perfectly done, the broth was flavorful so as a whole it was just delicious. Food quality was great and fresh, survise was really good and fast. Would I come back? Yes I would and Highly recommend it.
Small, quick, ultra casual Vietnamese. Delicious, large, reasonably priced pho! The broth was extremely flavorful! Also very quick service. We also got the fried spring rolls, which were nice and crispy on the outside but a little mushy and flavorless on the inside. But the fantastic pho more than made up for it!
Your average Vietnamese food. Very laid back atmosphere: find your own seat, order at the counter (ordering kiosk is only for takeouts), grab your number, and they’ll bring the food to you. You’ll have to grab water yourself too. Mediocre service without anything good or bad standing out; the server doesn’t really interact other than putting your food down. Music is a bit loud.
I was walking home from a meeting downtown and planned to hit a Mexican joint for a late morning breakfast burrito but I stopped dead in my tracks when I came across Pho 54, and I’m glad I did. They offered the typical menu items, pho, banh mi, bun, etc., and I opted for the latter with grilled chicken, my go-to Vietnamese dish. It was excellent, tasty, prepared properly and it was a large serving. The guy taking orders at the counter was friendly and helpful, the order came up in a matter of minutes. They haven’t been open long but there was a decent crowd in there as the lunch hour approached. I’ve eaten Vietnamese all over and recommend this place with no hesitation. $18 including tax, tip and a lunch special can of Coke, the right price, a square meal, square deal. I’m definitely goi
Good Vietnamese restaurant with great service and tasty food. I had the chicken pho soup and it was really nice, fresh, and full of flavour. Staff were friendly and quick, and the location is convenient as well. Would happily come back.
