This is the best Pho I’ve ever tried in America. It reminds me of the Pho we had every morning in Vietnam. The rolls dipped in the sauce are also absolutely incredible. But my favorite thing about this place is how warm the owners are. After helping us with recommendations from the menu he came over to use to check in how we were enjoying the food, and was so friendly when speaking with us about our travels in Vietnam. He immediately recognized us the second time we came back to try Bun Cha and we really appreciated that hospitality. By far one of my favorite restaurants in Arizona. Make sure to come here and check out their delicious Pho.
Been going here for 10+ years and it has been amazing everytime! Their pho is the best in az(maybe best ever but i could be bias) the hype is well deserved im sad my gatekeeped pho spot is now so popular but completely worth the hype. The food the service the atmosphere 10/10
A coworker recommended Pho 43 to me, and today was my chance to come have lunch. Their hours are very limited for me being 9AM-5PM. Plus it’s a bit of the drive coming from Surprise. It’s worth the drive. I started with their egg rolls (pork), for lunch I ordered the Pho Tom (shrimp), and to drink the Thai Tea. Everything is fresh. The egg rolls, though small, were very nice with a crisp shell and flavorful stuffing. Three rolls to an order. The Pho was very flavorful and full of rice noodles. Only part that I lost appeal on is the shrimp — the tails left on, and were overcooked. The tea was refreshing, and a nice palate cleanser. Coming here you’ll find parking may be a challenge. The restaurant was quite busy for lunch. Inside it’s clean, and a bit cramped. A lot of regulars. The staff k
Best Pho, amazing people, cozy vibe. The place is small but that makes it so much better. Worth the wait no matter how long it is. Been here a couple times and I’ll be back again no doubt! Great family business I love supporting! 🙌🏼
The broth was flavorful enough to enjoy as is with room to spice up by adding hosin or Sriracha. Generous garnish plate of fresh mint, cilantro, lime, jalapeño. The spring rolls were rolled thicker and fried harder than normal and I like it! I order the #1 ($14.95?) large beef pho with steak, brisket, tripe and tendin and needed a to-go for the leftovers. The interior is very small; I waited 15 minutes for a table.
