Pho 25

I recently visited Pho 25 in Savannah and had a pleasant experience overall. The interior was very clean and had a modern Vietnamese vibe, which made the atmosphere feel fresh and inviting. The service was good, and I appreciated that they bring out bottled water when we asked for water, which is a nice touch. Our food also came out quickly, which was great. The spring rolls and pho ingredients looked fresh, but the broth didn’t have the deep, rich flavor I was hoping for. It was decent and about average in taste. Still, it’s a clean and comfortable spot with friendly service, and I’d be open to trying other dishes next time.

My partner and I tried out Pho 25 today on a whim. We love pho and saw that it had really good reviews, well those reviews are true! We entered to a very warm environment with friendly front of house staff. We were sat quickly, and our server was fast to check on us. We started with the fresh limeade and spring rolls. Both were delicious, with the spring rolls, try the carrots and onions from the orange sauce with it. It really levels it up. For entrees we both got the P1, which was lovely! The broth with rich, with plenty of beef to accompany everything. We were surprised to see it arrive with lemons instead of limes, but that didn’t detract from the experience. THIS PLACE 10/10 Ugh the food is so delicious. The staff is so friendly. I’ve been working in Savannah a month now and I’ve already been TWICE! The large bowl was a bit too much for me but i definitely couldn’t stop eating it. The broth is just so rich and smooth. Can I just buy a quart of broth to bring home?? lol. Will return soon!!

This place has a lot of promise and the reason they are not receiving a five star is thet need to train their servers better. I was out with my friend and the restaurant was half empty. I had brought a card game to play and wanted to take my time. We ordered our appetizers and then our food. One of our appetizers would take 15 minutes and we were asked if we wanted our Pho served before our appetizers. We said no. He still brought out the veggies for the pho before the appetizers had arrived. Then as soon as we got out appetizers, he brought out the pho. The server needs to learn to read the table. If we are eating the appetizers, then don't get the main entree. With a entree like pho that has a short preparation time, he could have waited cleared dirty dishes then placed the order

Amazing flavor! I got the pork dumpling pho. The broth really had such depth it stood out on its own. Very fresh and natural. Came with lots of vegetables, a couple dumplings, 2 slices of pork deli meat, and noodles. I really appreciated that everything was separated since I bought this before my lunch and I didn’t want my noodles to be too soggy. Great food, great atmosphere, great customer service. This really is a wonderful addition to midtown Savannah. I can’t wait to come back.
