Pho 21

My boys and I stopped by Pho 21 in Webster on a Saturday evening for dinner, and it was such a nice, low-key experience. The restaurant wasn’t very busy, which I actually liked — it made for a calm and relaxing meal. The prices here are great — very affordable for the quality and portions you get. My sons both ordered the fried rice and absolutely loved it. The serving size was generous, and the flavor was spot on. I went with the shrimp pho, and it was delicious! The broth was light but flavorful, the shrimp were fresh, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. It really hit the spot after a long day. The lady at the front desk was so sweet and welcoming. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us with a smile, which made the experience even better. I made sure to tip her

I had a wonderful experience dining at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, with a diverse and well-thought-out menu that offers something for everyone. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the dishes. What truly stood out to me was the staff – they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making sure every guest felt welcomed and taken care of. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

I come here at least once a week for some takeout pho! The staff here is very kind and they always have my order ready in less than 5 minutes. Then to top it all off, the food is amazing! Will never say no to some Pho 21 :)

Was recommended this place as the best pho in Houston; honestly super disappointed with it. The service and the atmosphere were relaxed and nice but the food was just not it. Don’t think I’ve ever had pho that I thought was bad until I came here. Egg rolls were also bland and the spring rolls had what I think was deli meat in them? Would not recommend.
