Had no idea this place was here but so happy to have found it! A combo of rice and 2 meats for 11.99 can’t be beat! And the flavor is even better than the price! I’m so glad this place is five minutes from my house I will be back more than once in a week!
I’m not usually one to leave poor reviews, however - if you are planning to order from here for the HOLIDAYS I would reconsider it. I waited an hour and a half for a pre-ordered Christmas Eve meal for my holiday party that I had ordered a month ago right after Thanksgiving. Pickup was scheduled for 2 pm, we arrived at 2 pm, checked in at the register and waited until 3:30 for our food to be ready even AFTER I had called the day before to make sure that our food would be ready AT 2 since I was driving about 30+ minutes to pick it up. I’m no stranger to a wait, even with pickup. I would’ve been alright waiting 30 minutes, but an hour and a half is absurd. There was a lack of urgency and organization from the staff. People were receiving incorrect orders or missing orders after they had alre
Small grocery with eatery in the 2nd floor rear. The silogs are usually already ready and laid out. The rice that comes with them is like a mixed veggie rice, not my cup of tea. Fried fish options are usually bountiful. My SO always gets their sisig. They carry bakery items like ube pandesal, Spanish bread, and ensaymada. The grocery options are good and strong variety for typical Filipino items but the entire store is on the pricier side. Seating in option is not very accessible as they are usually preparing orders there.
I love the Filipino food they make here. My boyfriend and I always come and buy meals and Filipino food/drinks. This is a little hidden gem. Didn’t know about this place until a couple months ago. There’s so much typical Filipino food here. Pastries and Filipino products. You just have to check it out for yourself. I can’t explain it all.
Both my wife and I got a bad stomach bug after dining here. We found the grilled chicken and lumpia not fresh or juicy and the other dishes not hot, which tells us the food was prepared hours ago and probably was not kept warm enough to keep food safe. Highly recommend state regulators investigate this establishment.
