Phil's Pizzeria & Restaurant

I ordered a heart shaped pizza for yesterday and was told it would come with heart shaped pepperoni. The pepperoni wasn’t heart shaped which is fine but annoying to explain to the kids. I picked the pizza up it was cold, cheese barely melted and pizza was barely cut so when I tried to cut it all cheese slid off in one solid unmelted piece. I called back and staff was SO nice and a had a new one delivered within 40 minutes. The second pizza was the exact same. I tried to call like 10 times yesterday after this happened and phone lines were it. I would love to discuss this further as I feel a refund is indicated here. Pictures below are two separate pizzas

I was invited to go here with my sister and husband. They come here quite often.The reservation was at 5:00. We arrived and was seated in the corner. A nice table. I could see everything. It was a very nice atmosphere. I was never here before. We ordered three entrees. Well it took a little while. I don’t mind waiting. However when the food finally came out. My sister and husband got their meals. I couldn’t wait to get mine. It never came. My sister and husband’s dinner was half finished. When we flagged down the waiter to see if I was going to eat or not. He apologized and ran to get my meal. Finally it came. I was hoping to eat with my family. I took a bite and it was luke warm at best. I was quite disappointed. I ask the waiter to pack it up. Maybe I’ll be able to heat it up tomorrow f

Picked up a bunch of stuff to take out. Had a few random slices and chicken parm roll. All were delicious. Then we also ordered an order of rigatoni with vodka sauce, a Caesar salad and a veal dish with asparagus and moss in a white wine broth. Vodka sauce was excellent. I loved the veal and my wife absolutely loved the dressing on the salad. Great place for take out or dine in.

Great Italian restaurant, authentic, lots of selections, good for gathering. Overall great experience! Only a few dishes we ordered were too salty and the lines can get long during dinner hours.

We have been dining here for the past 20 years and the food is highly rated.
