Phil's 1500 Subs

Went here for the first time and probably will be my last. It's not about the food or service. Both are great! Unfortunately in what is mostly a cashless society now, this place does not accept credit or debit cards. Instead they have an ATM machine that only withdraws cash in $40 increments. The free bag of chips isn't worth the hassle of going to my bank to deposit the remaining cash I didn't need.

Excellent sub shop. Friendly staff. Nice that they have a light jovial attitude and very helpful with my questions. The sandwich is great. Love the soft bread. And the ingredients are exactly as I would expect. One thing that I noticed was they didn't overload the sandwich with condiments. There was just enough to enjoy them but not souch that's all I tasted. Well done. I will be back! Went back today..the 15th of June. And once again had a great experience. Bought my crew lunch. And all our sandwiches were perfect. Great job guys!

very clean and friendly cashier. we had ordered two sandwiches one plain just meat and cheese and the other , meat, cheese, mayo, lettuce. unfortunately they COVRED the meat and cheese only sub in mayo. we couldn’t eat it. pretty disappointed for it being my first time ever eating there.

10/10 will be back! We stopped in on the way to the coast. It’s Cash only, but they have an ATM and offer a free fountain drink if you need to use it. The place is covered in pictures, kids artwork, all kinds of fun stuff that makes it feel homey. Not to mention our sandwich was absolutely delicious when we ate it an hour later!
