Philomena Santucci's Square Pizza

I order from here at least once or twice a week. I normally get the same thing, however, today I decided to switch it up and I cannot believe they allowed my sandwich to go out the way it looked. It was wrapped up so sloppy and had so much sauce that it was completely inedible. The roll got all soggy and paper and cheese was all stuck together in the sandwich. I wouldn't feed this to my dog. I am stuck working today and it is my birthday, decided to order lunch and pay $50 and I am very disappointed to say the least. **UPDATE: The owner reached out to me about my order and got everything resolved so I have updated my review. I am surprised he reached out to me and also so quickly! I will give them another chance because their food is normally always 5 stars! Thank you.

Santucci’s is gold. Family-run, one of a kind square pie, delicious sauce. Recently did a $10 large pie special to celebrate their anniversary. The staff are always so friendly and nice. This is my go-to for pizza in the Bucks area

I want so badly to be able to give them more stars. But I just feel like every time we eat there, order out, or have to deal with customer service there’s always an issue. The girl that works the phone just doesn’t seem like she knows what she’s doing. First, definitely do not let your birthday coupon expire one day because they will not let you use it! That’s very sad for your customer base. Secondly, the food is just way too overpriced for what it is. Don’t get me wrong. It tastes good but for the same sized cheesesteak at the pizza shop down the street for $10 vs their’s being $15!! It’s just not worth the price. I sadly think that this restaurant will eventually close its doors. If the prices continue to be what they are, unfortunately.

A step up from the typical suburban pizza place. For the Warrington and Warminster area, I'd have to say this pizza has the best crust and the best sauce. The end product is not always exceptional, but you're not going to be disappointed, and you will likely get something better than what you're used to getting from the typical round pie pizza place around here. Crust is not as chewy as a typical pizza, it's not crumby either though. Very tasty. Ordering online was easy. Pickup was okay. The counter gets crowded and people are standing around waiting for their orders. I waited less than 10 minutes. Update: My most recent takeout here was a little disappointing. This is the best pizza ever! Not too thick and not to thin a crust. Chewy without being tough. The sauce is beyond outstanding. So much toppings! If you get a veggie pizza don't bother with a salad because there are so many veggies! Do not miss the meatballs! So amazingly good!!!
