I had an extraordinary experience at this location on Saturday & just had to leave a review. I called them on Friday asking if I needed to place an order ahead of time for saturday or if they always had mini pretzels in the store as I only needed 3 rows. I was told that they always had them and that I didn’t need an ahead order & that there would be enough on Saturday. I came in on Saturday & unfortunately all of the mini pretzels were gone. The staff member, who I think was the manager or head in charge of this location, remembered my phone call & rectified the situation right away. I even offered to just get something else instead so that he didn’t have to make more pretzels but he said absolutely not, he would fix it & I would get my pretzels. He truly went above & beyond with wonderful

The customer service here is always amazing. They’re so friendly, funny, and welcoming. The staff makes silly jokes with each other which makes the place feel inviting. I’m going to make it a point that when I visit to go during the middle of the week on weds mornings because the staff is just awesome. Today was dollar dog day and I ordered for a small get together I was having with the family. The girl at the counter took my order, gave me a time frame & had my order done earlier than they said; a manager even gave me a BOGO Sunday coupon. The food is always cooked well, their orders are packed nicely, I have zero complaints. My wieners give them an A+

I moved out to California and haven’t had a Philly Pretzel in over 3 years! So I had to go here to get the best! It was so fresh, hot and soft there is nothing else like it

Awesome staff, great tasting pretzels, and wide variety. Parking isn't great at this location.
