Philly Pretzel Factory

I had recently moved in the area from Delaware and had never tried Philly Pretzel Factory. However the pretzels were amazing and the service was on point. Didn’t have to wait too long after making my order and the workers were very respectful. Would come back again.

Love the way the employees engage with the customers. One employee complemented my eagles jersey and we talked about the game later. Food is always good no complaints. Great family

I've been here multiple times and I have had nothing but a good experience each and every time. The cashiers are very friendly and insightful and the food served is served fresh and hot, and the various dipping sauces they offer are nothing short of delicious. I recommend the mini dogs or the 2 large mini dogs with a side of either cinnamon, honey mustard, or nacho cheese like the one that's in the pictures I have posted.

Employees all sitting on their phones up at the register - completely disinterested in taking orders. Prior to that experience, they were closed twice around 6:30om, which is when google states they’re open until 7pm.

My granddaughter and I purchased the pretzel nuggets with cheese. They were like rocks!
