Tell me why butter cream dip comes with cinnamon nuggets, but a small container of mustard is still 50 cents when you buy a pretzel dog—- when there’s literally 3 bottles of different mustards on the counter for use for free. It makes zero sense.

The pretzel is fantastic and just the right amount of salt not to much not not enough = perfect. Crunchy outer shell soft dough on the inside yum . The man that took our order was nice and made sure we had everything to cheese or mustard to boot . When back in this area we will stop in . From Tampa area and we don't have anything like this around us . Will be back !

Ordered nuggets from the philly pretzel factory yesterday, 1.13.26. I should of learned my lesson by now. Those nuggets were hard as a rock. I couldn't even bite into them. I had to break them in half just to eat them. There were possibly 3 soft nuggets on top. It's almost like the employee put them on last just to hide the hard one. I threw half the plastic cup holder in the trash. What a waste of money. My wife ordered a row of 5 minis and she said they were soft and fresh. Don't buy nuggets from here.
