I really appreciate the workers that were there today. As I walked in, it was packed and they looked overwhelmed. Come to find out, they were short staffed and doing their best. I can absolutely agree that they were doing their best. It was a lot going on and other customers were not patient or kind but the workers continued to service as best as they could. Hope this review finds them to let them know at least someone was on their side!

I ordered on doordash and both the box and bag came open. Naturally, I called the store to see what that was about because I don’t know the dasher and anyone could’ve done anything to my food. The manager was very aggressive, had a nasty attitude and kept talking over me. I wanted to come in the store and he wanted me to get a refund from doordash, I tried explaining that doordash refunds take 5-7 days to be processed. He then says “Well I’m not giving you a free order.” I told him that since it was his fault that he should. He tried being smart and asked a rhetorical question and when I answered he hung up when he knew he was in the wrong.

Ordered 10 pack with plenty of salt, mission accomplished so thmhank you for the. Now the bad. When I opened the bag the pretzels didn't look right and they weren't. The pretzels were UNDERCOOKED they were all mushy and soft. So South Philly factory thanks for stealing my money

the two servers where very kind young boys, very efficient and quick. Food was fresh and tasted amazing!

My first time getting cheesesteak poppers, there’s no way this is right.
