Philly Pretzel Factory

Will not order again from pretzel factory, I had DoorDash deliver my food. The bag was wide open, not seal close. 1/29/25 This is the first delivery from DoorDash was always taped close, staple close. I threw the bag out in the trash. I didn’t even want to touch the food inside of it..

When you have teenage boys running your business there’s bound to be issues. Maybe hire some adults who know what they’re doing? They charged me twice for my order and then couldn’t figure out how to issue a refund. How do you get a new system and no one knows how to use it? Lol maybe get some training on it beforehand. Also - terrible customer service , for the inconvenience the least you could do is offer some free pretzels or something for YOUR mistake

Did a catering order and everything went fine. When I picked up the items though and when I asked for more outside my order the young man behind the counter rolled his eyes and then slammed the bag down on the counter as if me asking for more items and making the store money was an inconvenience to him. Still a good spot though to grab Philly pretzels for a snack or party.

This store just refused service to a me as a disabled person with a service dog! I was told to put my dog outside before they could hand me a darn pretzel! I offered my documentation but noooo. This is the only business that has treated me this way, my dog & I have been to restaurants, grocery stores etc. and were warmly welcomed,, but not here. If your disabled don’t bother stopping here😡
