Great . Ordered today was done by the time I got there. They called to make sure the order is ordered was for today and when id get there so it was fresh. Girls that were working were sweet and nice. I walked in and out. Great experience, thanks so much

This is my actually my first time stopping by this location ever since I moved to the area for more than 5yrs. There are no seatings inside nor outside when I was there. Although I do remember during the summer time, I believe the do have 2 small tables outside. Not sure if they still has that set up now. Shop was very clean. The staffs were very nice! I went in to see if I can grab a kids size Mini Melt for my 5yo before we head to the kid’s indoor playground that’s two shops down. This might be one of my other quick snack stop with my kids now.

The Philadelphia pretzel factory serves the best soft pretzels I've ever had in my life. They are always warm soft and gooey with plenty of salt and they taste fantastic. I could not recommend a better place for soft pretzels.

Whoever thought of the idea of a Philly Pretzel drive through is a genius. It's so convenient, especially since it's cold outside. The young lady taking my order was nice and patient. Will be back again.
