Philly Pretzel Factory

We have been waiting ten years to get a true philly pretzel here in south florida. So to say we were excited to come for a hot out the oven preztel is an understatement. The menu is just like in philly, but with the addition of philly water ice. We will be ordering for every party and coming for a preztel when the mood hits. Only down side, it's a 35 minute drive for us. We need one in west palm/royal palm/wellington!

​Came in during their first month and was blown away by the staff—super friendly and gave excellent suggestions. If you go, get the Pizza Pretzel; it’s a total game-changer. My only gripe is the traditional pretzel lacked the depth of flavor I expect from a true Philly-style bake. Still, the service and the specialty pretzels make it worth a return visit.

Philly Soft Pretzel Factory is such a welcome addition to South Florida. It’s not easy to find authentic, fresh-baked soft pretzels down here, and this place absolutely delivers. The pretzels are warm, perfectly salted, and have that classic chewy-on-the-inside, lightly crisp-on-the-outside texture that’s hard to beat. Everything tastes fresh, and you can tell they take pride in keeping the quality consistent. The variety is great too. from traditional twists to pretzel dogs and specialty breakfast, there’s something for everyone. The dips and mustards really round out the experience. It’s also a fun, nostalgic stop. Whether you grew up in the Northeast or you’re just discovering what a real Philly-style pretzel tastes like, it’s a treat to have this kind of quality right here in South F
