Terrible service, the person at the counter was not attentive, didn’t listen at all. They were cleaning the place when we were there so it stunk, as well as having no napkins or choice of dips. Clearly the people working there were having a bad day and caused us to have a bad day as a result. Food was decent but I begin to question the integrity of it. Didn’t have mini dogs which was a big no.

Always the best pretzels. Unfortunately their sales tactics and customer service is extremely lackluster. I ordered the “Crowd pleaser” which is 25 pretzels with a bottle of mustard included. The sign clearly states it’s $30 but I was charged $32. When I questioned the price I was told “Well that’s the way it came up”. After repeated attempts to get the clerk to understand why I was questioning the $2 difference in price I just gave up and paid for them because I had promised them to my kids. It’s not the $2 that bothered me, it’s the shady sales tactics & the clerk’s ignorance to my concerns that turned me off here. I would gladly pay $32 without questioning the price if that was the price listed. This store has lost me as a customer.
