I love Philly pretzel until today spent a nice amount of money, everything was fresh except the pretzel dog with hair inside of it 😒😓😫😨 I was so sick I had to pull over from gaging so much... Unfortunately it is one thing that will stop me from going back to any place, I had to throw away the rest of the pretzels I had. Staff was okay, I felt very rushed while I was in line ordering as they kept looking at the flow of people coming in.

Accidentally ordered for the wrong day. The staff quickly jumped into action and saved the day. Could have easily told me to kick rocks or issue a refund but instead put together the tray in under 20 minutes. Complete lifesavers!!! Thanks again.

This store DOES accept credit/debit. Don't listen to the outdated revews. I ordered a tray for our son's party, and it was ready right when I asked for it to be, exceptionally prepared and nice-looking. The pretzels were a hit at the party. This store is also conveniently located near a bakery where we got our cake, so it made getting everything for the party easy. Thanks!

Picked up a party tray on 10/24. Very fast service despite the long line. Everyone was getting these trays! The pretzels were awesome. It isn't pricey at all.
