*Edit 2/17l26* The owner got back to me (as you can see below) and I verified the charge was reversed! I came in Friday to order. During check out, somehow about 13 dollars had been paid for so the cashier told me to just pay the 6.98 to complete the bill. However after she rang me up she told me she wanted me to pay the 13 so her drawer wasn't short. I check my account and I had only paid for the 6.98 so I was like absolutely that makes sense. However- she rang me up for the full price of the bill. I reminded her that I had already paid a portion of the bill. So she rang me up again and again for the full price! She was very flustered and confused and there was a whole bunch of people behind me which left me stuck with no food and a portion of money spent already so I just paid and left.

Been 3 times and all wasn't a good experience. 2 the mini hotdogs were not cooked all the way through . When I brought it back, he said ok and then just gave me another one. No apologies whatsoever. Today I just got mini dogs and it's burnt. Smh

Awful service. I called two weeks in advance for a pretzel tray for pick up at 11 AM. I arrive to pick up my tray and the place was not open and the man standing behind the gate told me it would be ready by 12 o’clock. I said 11 and we confirmed 11 I’m not quite sure why when you open up at 10 you cannot have a pretzel tray ready for me by 11 o’clock. I then called the New Britain and they said they only takes 20 minutes and the tray was complete. Will never use the hilltown store again. New Britain stores was WAY nicer and helpful.

Your order process is terrible. Called in a tray hours in advance. Watched you give my tray away to the person in front of me, then had the nerve to tell me I never called. Maybe if your order system consisted of more than an 8 year old and a spiral notebook, you wouldn't have issues. Like I have nothing better to do than drive over, wait 10 minutes, get lied to and then be told to wait another 20 minutes while you make a tray. No thanks, never again, the store in Lansdale understands customer service, not the genius running this place and his kid.

Great to have Philly Pretzel Factory back in Hatfield in the Walmart!! Great new owner Friendly staff... Great Pretzels!!!
