Philly Pretzel Factory

I would like to pick up pretzels for my work, but can't because this store doesn't open until 8:30. I have to go a longer distance to get pretzels because all the other stores open at 7:00. I don't know if I would want to go to the Gilbertsville location after seeing all the one star reviews anyway.

Never had any issues when placing an order in advance, always ready at pickup. And the pretzels are always soft. And the staff is super nice and pleasant.

Not like a restaurant where one can critique different foods. They make only pretzels and they make ‘em pretty good. Walked in got six tasty attached hot pretzels for $6.

So I have given them a few chances at this location and by far the worst pretzel factory I have ever gone to. Pretzels are have the size as any other pretzel.factory and always hard as a rock because of being thinner and probably baked as of they were full size. Lost my business for good

Staff was great! However, the size of these pretzels was cut in half. They are so small and thin. Price went up a little and size went down.
