The staff was friendly, but limited items as the store was soon closing. Go early for a good selection.

I have a family in Philadelphia and I get a chance to stop by and get at least ten pretzels. They are still the way I like them. Hopefully I can have some sent to Arizona.

I love their pretzels. I could eat them everyday. Service is great and fast. I usually get 10 pretzels at a time. Keep up the great work!

The staff is incredibly rude here, they are usually out of everything except regular pretzels, and refused to take my $50 bill for an over $40 order

Have to leave a review today as it’s the worst service I received by far since I’ve come here. No it’s not much; a simple pretzel shop to get pretzels and some dipping sauces and such. When I went in I did not have much time to order as the younger girl at the counter wanted to know if I had an order, to which I said no I’d like to order some pretzels. She asked what my order was and I said I didn’t have an order but that I’d like to order something, which seemed to be confusing in and itself but I digress. She asked if I wanted to even order as it would be a 5-7 minute wait which again - I’m going to wait for if I’m in a pretzel store already but I appreciate the heads up. They did seem to be busy making already set-ahead orders, but the younger workers just didn’t seem to understand much
