Philly Pretzel Factory, Burlington city , High street

I was extremely satisfied for the second or third time with this specific soft pretzel factory. The owner and the employee named Ayana made it refreshingly old school with amazing customer service. Ayana especially! I remember from my last visit, she was so patient kind & cheerful, Made sure to repeat everything I asked for my order, And even when I felt bad because I was asking for too many things she very positive and said this is my job and I love my job and I could tell. I would choose this over any other Philly soft pretzel factory for the customer service alone! Ayana, you deserve a bonus!

This place is similar to a grab-and-go. It's quiet you run in, place your order get your pretzels and leave. Services great and the pretzels are always Oven Fresh!

Walked in for a large order to go and they made them fresh. Some strange things: they had no large pretzels in stock for sale, the minis they had they wouldn't sell single,only on a row of 5 which seemed weird. They also have different menu numbers unlike every other location. Lowest number listed is 5 where other locations always sell 3 for $2. Lastly, they have a 5 dollar minimum for card use which no one her site does. Seems to be ran different in all the wrong reasons.

I'm torn. I'm a frequent customer, and love the product. But. This location is crazy. It seems like you never see the same people two trips in a row, and even management (ownership) turnover is high, with new folks in charge every couple of months! So the service is inconsistent at best. At least the latest folks aren't trying to water down the Boost. :) So three stars for effort and because Pretzel Factory has the best pretzel dogs in the game.
