This place would not let me check a book out for my grandson because I did not have an Arkansas ID but I showed them proof of residence and the clerks said that wasn’t enough. I showed them where it stated on their website what you needed to be able to check out books but that wasn’t enough. I am not sure why policy are in place.
Personally, I have had nothing but good encounters with the Phillips County Public Library. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is open and airy. Our library is a bright spot in Phillips County. Keep up the good work!
It was nice and cool inside . They was very nice . Process of faxing and get a copy of something was quick and easy . Very reasonable prices .25 for print and $1 for faxing
