Phat Backs BBQ Food Truck

Our first time here. Folks running the truck were super friendly. The food, WOW. Big portions, and more importantly, delicious. The breads, toppings, sauces, all great...but the MEAT. It's so perfect. Super flavourful and plentiful on both of the sandwiches we got. They absolutely know what they're doing here, and it feels like they genuinely care about the food they're putting out for people. (We also got a side of their beans, and those are awesome too!)

Phenomenal... it took us a few months to finally get to Phatbacks and im kicking myself in the ass tonight for that. Everything was absolutely delicious- we will definitely be back, Im thinking Friday night Phatback nights to try their entire menu. Hissin Chicken, Rasta Pasta, and Mac n Cheese.. if you havent been there, GET THERE!!!

We stopped in after taking a hike in cherry valley. Let me tell you I am not a huge pork fan but I got the pickled pork sandwich. This sandwich was massive and fed me multiple times and reheated in the over amazingly and the bread didn't get soggy. We got 4 sandwiches for all four of us and we all raved about it. Also... get the beans.. they are amazing! Well done. We will be back!

The food here is fantastic-full of flavor and perfect amount of spice! Every bite of meat was tender and delicious. You can really taste the care and dedication in every dish. The nachos were amazing, and the jerk chicken paired with a great beer is perfection!

We attended the Lakefront concert series in Cooperstown last night. One of the food trucks was Phat Backs so we decided to give it a try. It was phenomenal. Got the Bahn-mi Bowl and the Fuego! Bowl. Both were spectacular. To start. These were not small portions. They will definitely fill you up, and I cannot say enough good things about the flavor profiles of each. The jerked chicken in the Fuego! Bowl really stood out. It was very tender and juicy, not dried out like a lot of jerk chicken tends to be. And the bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers that were included with the bowl were just the icing on top of a delicious cake. The big beans that came with both meals were perfect. There were some of the best baked beans I have had ever. I will definitely be going back wherever they set up. Trust m
