P.F. Chang's To-go

Marcos at the to go P.F. Chang’s was really knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We didn’t realize it was not a sitdown restaurant, but he checked the menu and everything we wanted to eat was available. He was super friendly and kind to us. Thanks for hiring him as this was a special time to celebrate my birthday.

It was our first time visiting this location and Regina was very kind and happily explained the options they had. Food was tasty and we liked that there were small tables available. Will be going back. one thing I suggest is there be two people in the front to help pass out orders, Regina was alone taking orders, passing out the online orders and also helping in the back.

This seems like a fairly new concept for this chain. I usually dine-in and was expecting the same at this location. The service was ok but the portions were way too small for the price. Sauces, extra napkins, if you need them, and the bathroom were not available. The location was far from the popular hangout areas with only 5 tables and no one attending. Dining should not be an option in my opinion. Parking is behind the building in a 2 level garage. No value.

Regina was spectacular! Absolutely wonderful service from the moment we walked in. Despite it being a to-go location, there were nice tables where we were able to dine there and she took excellent care of us. Recommended great options and was able to easily accommodate gluten free options for my brother’s allergy. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS food, my compliments to the kitchen. I have been to P.F. Chang’s many times and never enjoyed it as much as today. Amazing spot!

It’s a To-Go location, not a restaurant. PF Chang is a national chain so, lower your expectations but I order on DoorDash and it wasn’t bad. The problem in Orlando is that Chinese food is not that good to begn with. This is okay for a quick fix, the ribs are KBbq and tasty.
