P.F. Chang's

Ambi, aka Ambarisha, our server was just terrific! He was very patient and kind even though I put him to the test by giving him a real hard time as I am quite picky about my food and its temperature. I had the hot and sour soup heated up three times and he did it with a smile! JJ, the Manager, came to us towards the end and he too was kind and considerate! Everything was so delicious. We had planned on just having some hot soup since it was so cold outside, but we ended up with several dishes and even dessert which I normally never order! The ambience was beautiful and well decorated as their other branches. The best Lo Mein I’ve ever had was at one such place at an airport. Where, I no longer remember.

Our server Ambi was great today! Very attentive and great customer service. Recommended the new blackberry refresher (super good btw). Thank you for helping me and my mom out on our first visit! lol 😆

Eunice was a great server! We got everything she recommended and was really happy and satisfied with it. We wanted to try all the seasonal food and I definitely recommend them! Especially the black pepper fillet! Definitely will come back again

Horrible experience and long wait around the corner at Cheesecake Factory. Walk in to PF Changs and was greeted happily by Nadia . We Set in the bar area Daniel was our waiter and bartender. He was very nice and attentive with service. The vibe was viibng the atmosphere was great and the staff seem to be enjoying their job. The food came out Hot and taste great. I would definitely recommend this location.

I visited the Gainesville, FL P.F. Chang's after an incredibly long, tiring, and emotional day spent at a local hospital for my father's heart implant surgery. All I wanted was a quiet, sit-down dinner before heading to my hotel, especially since I am disabled and cannot sit on tall bar stools. After being turned away by four different restaurants that refused to seat a single person at a table, I was left hungry, exhausted, and incredibly frustrated. ​In a last-ditch effort, I called P.F. Chang's, and a wonderful human named JJ answered the phone. JJ was an absolute breath of fresh air—pleasant, funny, and immediately made me feel welcomed. They not only made me laugh but instantly told me to "come on down." ​When I arrived, the exceptional service continued. The host already knew my name
