I have been to Petrosinos multiple times now and every time I am impressed by the high quality of their ingredients and their dedication to delicious, authentic food. All their pizza dough is made from scratch daily-hand tossed to order, New York style-and you can definitely taste the difference! High quality cheese, made from scratch pesto (best I have had in Green County), great wine, and a warm inviting ambience. Must eats include the “Pearls of Sicily” appetizer, the Caesar salad, any pizza (we love the “Made Man,” the “Mafia Princess,” and the “Caprese”), and the Limocello cake. Amazing real deal New York style pizza! Love the old school family recipe sauce, top quality meats and cheeses, signature Italian spice blend, and that crust! Suprimo! Classy, clean atmosphere, with excellent attention to details. Small town family business with big city quality and taste exceeding all expectations. We’ve finally found authentic, grown-up pizza without having to drive to Milwaukee or Chicago and at a fair price for this level of quality. Bravissimo!

We tried Petrosinos for the first time time tonight and what an amazing experience!! We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in. This place immediately makes you feel like family. The menu has a wide selection of incredible pizzas to choose from. The ingredients were all delicious and the pizzas were so worth the drive!! Such a great experience for our family. We can’t wait to go back!!

It was a nice relaxing night with a mixture if big band and Frank Sinatra music in the background and the ambiance of a darkly lit cozy place with pictures of mafiosos such as Al Capone and his gang. The bittle of wine, appetizer. pizza and the lemoncello was amazing.

Such an excellent pie !! The crust is fantastic. Light, crisp….. excellent undercarriage. Not a better pie around. Will definitely be back … high quality, so Much you can taste. The tomato sauce was delicious. I don’t know what else to say other than get here.
