For all your tax needs and more, Personalized has rescued my tax situation, that of my family, and friends who I've referred. Lexie, Ron, and Ashley have always had a hands on approach which I really appreciate, and they've never let me down. They've advised me on payroll accounting and I'd say there a perfect partner for any small business tax needs, or just personal taxes. I'd highly recommend them again to anyone.

I had my ‘24 taxes completed by Personalized Accounting/Lexie and I have never had so much headache completing my taxes. Numerous entries on my individual tax form were incorrect (address included) and when I asked her to correct it, she stated that she edited them before sending, which is inaccurate as the IL Dept. of Revenue was sending documentation to the wrong address. Additionally she missed tax documents and information I provided to her which made my tax submissions inaccurate. I’ve had to go a different tax firm to amend my taxes and her work. I empathize that tax season is hectic for tax preparers/accountants, but this has been an incredibly frustrating experience especially the lack of clarity and care from Lexie.

Ron and his team are the best around! From simple tax filing, to more elaborate business filings and registering a LLC to coaching you through tax laws. They are everything you could ever hope for. They treat every customer with respect and no less than the next person. I can't imagine why I ever filed my taxes online. A few conversations with Ron and I have leveled myself up tremendously from his advice.
