Perry O Inn & Suites

Very convenient location and low price for a night passing through the area. The bed/pillows were not terribly comfy, but the room was very clean and spacious. Definitely a plus to have wifi and a mini fridge in the room. The lady who assisted was so kind!

I booked this room on the way to DC due to all the positive ratings. While the motel keeper was extremely helpful, trying to be extra accommodating, this attentive service just couldn't make up for a double bed that was so hard that I couldn't help wondering whether the floor wouldn't have been about the same. The highway noise was quite loud as we were seemingly less than 10' away. That and the fridge in our room didn't work.||||It was very clean, smelled good, and had soap and shampoo. But the shampoo had a seal on it - which had been opened.||||Very reasonably priced, I would choose to pay more than barely sleep.

I stayed 4 nights and it was a great experience. First you're greated by smiling faces every time you go into the office. They are amazing and helpful. The rooms look like they just got a remodel with new floors and painted walls. Give this place a chance the pictures don't do it justice.

I love booking the jacuzzi room for special events with my husband.

In a time where it is easy to go stay in a big chain hotel, I try to make it a point to support local business when possible. I feel like the mission was accomplished on this stay. We were welcomed heartily, very late in the evening by the staff; had a peaceful and quiet night, and an easy commute north and south of here in the morning. If you're willing to look past the small challenges that any privately owned establishment might face, you'll find the same, I imagine. Will certainly be back here to stay the next time we were in the area, going to check out one of the Suites next. Truly a positive experience all the way around. Any issues were met immediately and handled appropriately by the staff, and they could not have been more accommodating for our needs of multiple rooms for the eve
